As we look ahead to 2011, I have some new changes here at LaundryHe to share with you all - I’m moving (sort of)! While you have always been able to contact me on the “Ask Kristen” tab on the Wisk Facebook page, I’m now making Facebook my permanent home.
I’ll continue to answer all your laundry and stain questions, provide tips and keep you updated with what’s new in laundry.

I used the new Wisk formula in my HE washer and it did not remove "salad dressing" stains from my shirt. Very disappointed.
did you pre treat that helps me most of the time
the HE wisk does not seem to mix too well when I use cold water - much of the detergent is left behind in my dispenser. I find when I use a warm or hot setting this does not happen. Also does it not happen with other detergents I use with cold water. Wondering if others have this experience or if my cold (which is really cold!) is too cold to dissolve properly?
have you tried Wisk Cold Water? It for HE washers.
I love the Wisk Deep Clean. Love the smell and I am able to use it in my regular top loader. I do not buy the he because I have not given up the thought that suds = clean just yet. Someday. But I have made this my latest favorite detergent to use. Wish it had a fabric softener that smelled the same.
Help! I have only used (all types) Wisk in the blue bottle for years. Love it! I am now trying the new red bottle 'deep clean' and 'with color safe bleach.' My whole family is complaining that they start itching when they put on the clean clothes. I have not changed anything else. Did the formula change when the bottles chnaged from bleu to red?

I don't like the new container for Sun Tropical Breeze 1.36 gal size. It is messy to use, loosening the small cap, removing the clear plastic cap and filling it then replacing it and soap leaking on my hand and bottle,etc. I will not be buying this container. Why doesn't Sun Products have a customer email address?
Try Tide HE - it takes out everything!

Does Wisk make scent free laundry detergent? I've been looking because I used Wisk once years ago and it removed an "old stain" from a shirt. Want to try it on other stains. It is not my normal laundry detergent. Help please.
